Our Guarantee: If you are not completely satisfied with your Texatelier product, we are happy for you to return it within 10 days and we will refund the cost of the article. We undertake, as part of what we charge for shipping and handling, to carefully pack and properly seal all items in protective packaging - If the goods are damaged in transit that is an issue to take up with the carrier - insured postage can be arranged if you wish to spend the extra. We will obtain an official 'proof-of-postage' in all cases. Should any Texatelier item fail within 1 year of purchase and under the conditions of ordinary use, we will repair or replace the item. If you have a complaint about any area of our service please contact us using the facilities on this site - we promise to take you seriously and address any reasonable complaint promptly.
